So it begins..... Higher Education, University, more studying after highschool- whatever you want to call it it comes down to the same thing: OMW!
Here, there is a high reliance on the internet and everything is done that way; from a 5th grader having to email her paper on tobacco farming to uni students sifting through pages and pages of long-winded, unseemingly important words to find out what is the next step to candidating for university is.
Some times I just start laughing out loud, and yes people do tend to stare at me oddly - but I´m already used to that, imagining how that would cope if they lived where I used to: what with powercuts, slow internet, etc. For any Zimbabwean/African who has lived through those things and came out alive, you know what im talking about.
